The features you need, the number of staff and the amount of tailoring all differ from company to company, so there is no list price. We start by learning how you work and quote only for what you need.
- The structure is a setup fee plus a monthly fee. The exact figures follow the first conversation.
- Quotes are free. If you decide not to go ahead after talking, that is perfectly fine.
- If you already have a ceiling in mind, tell us first and we will propose what fits inside it.

Frequently asked questions
Do employees have to install an app on their phones?
No. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to distribute and nothing to update. For staff who forget their phone, or would rather not use a personal device, clocking in with a phone number and PIN is available.
Could someone photograph the QR code and reuse it later?
No. The code is replaced about every 45 seconds, and once a code has been used it is invalid. The time is also recorded server-side rather than on the device, so clocking in from home or editing a timestamp does not work either.
Will the numbers match the Excel formulas we use today?
Yes. We go through your current formulas and reproduce them, including how overtime, late-night hours and shifts crossing midnight are handled, checking as we go that the output does not change.
How many tablets or clock terminals do we need?
One tablet per place where people clock in. No dedicated terminal is required and a tablet you already own will do. For multiple sites, let's discuss the setup.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on how complex your current operation is and how much tailoring is needed. We will give you a concrete timeframe after the first conversation about how you work.
Where is the attendance data kept?
In the cloud. The retention period is decided with you at rollout, in line with the Labour Standards Act and related rules. The privacy policy covers the details.
